Masterpeeler 2500 is a continuous abrasive peeler with 24 rotating rolls, mounted in a circular cage. The roll cage rotates about the auger to mix and turn the product to expose all surfaces uniformily to the rotating rolls during a preset time. Two variable speed motors make it possible to set the exposure time and roll speed according to the condition of the raw product. Constructed in stainless steel.
